    我国和中国将实施30天互惠免签计划，这项计划将在2月9日生效。不过我国移民与关卡局指出，之前已办理我国签证的中国公民，不能够向当局申请退费。

    从2月9日（农历除夕）起，新加坡和中国将落实30天互免签证安排。
